A few of you probably remember me posting this on the site (SUTORAIKUanime) awhile ago about a manga coming out, right? Well, it is here and finally translated. It is a collaboration between the two manga artist: Takeshi Nogami & Takaaki Suzuki with Dan Kanemitsu giving the English translation. You can download this below and please spread it to your friends to read. For those you wondering it is in reference to Tokyo's Bill 156; passed in Tokyo restricting the sale of "harmful publications"
