Canti's Bells
Was taking some photos of a set of very basic but full-scale mockups for uni. Since Canti's one of the things I've used consitently throughout my concept book to show scale it seemed like a good idea to use the same figurine for the photos...

For those interested in such things, shots were taken with a Canon 5DmkII with 24-105mm f.4 lens. Lighting from a halogen desk lamp, Tolomeo desk lamp (25w incadescent bulb) and 2 Ikea Dioder strips set to purple.
Halogen lamp was turned off for the last three pics.

Great atmospheric photos! Love how Canti's screen seems to glow-- makes you wonder what he's thinking.
...probably that he should really get the right channel on his turntable fixed ^^;
Cheers mate.
Mike Oldfield - Tubulure Bells!! Epic! ;) I just love your pics and Canti figure! Very nice man!
Haha, I was wondering if anyone was going to pick up on that. Love that album, and three was pretty sweet too, wasn't so hot on TBII though.
Thanks man.
Lovely pics. Figma sized?
Thanks Danny.
Canti's actually about 12" tall, so a figma only comes up to about his hips. The articulation isn't that great either, to the point where I treat him more as a static figure than an articulated one.
Canti-sama. =] *bow* All hail "The Lord of Black Flames" lol FLCL is one of my all time favourite anime.
It is indeed and awesome little OVA.
