Sukiya Curry

A big bowl of rice, Japanese-style curry, beef, and red thingies for around $5. It was quite delicious and filling but my stomach really hurt on the commute home. Maybe I shouldn't eat right after I work out? Never heard of that rule.
What are those red thingies anyway?

I hope so, because I ate all of it. I think it was ginger but I'm not really sure.

It is said that within 30min after the workout, its the high absorbency period... You'll absorb nutrients faster or something and its best not to eat after you work out.
Well that's good to know. I had a really bad cramp, the kind you get when you really need to go.

It's Kizami Shoga. I know because I had some with my homemade Kare-Raisu tonight. Ginger pickle. Om nom nom.
My guess the red stuff is carrots with some chili paste or something. It doesn't look very good, but usually those that don't are very filling and wonderful :D (actually... sometimes XD)
