Weiss Schwarz loot
This isn't really about figures, or dolls, or collections of either, but I got these in the mail today and was pretty excited so I wanted to post them somewhere.
I can't really play the game with anyone else, even though I'm going through the rules and learning. I don't know anyone in my own town who's into anything like games or anime and it would be difficult (to say the least) to play with friends in other states. I got them mostly because all the artwork is commissioned specially for the cards, so it's all unique to them. Plus opening little foil packs to see what you got is just fun. If I knew people to play with I might be inclined to buy more so I could actually construct a deck with them though.
I purchased one box of Nanoha A's cards - 20 packs of 8 cards each for 160 total cards. Out of the full set of 100 I have copies of all but 12 cards (numbers 2, 6, 27, 30, 52, 55, 60, 66, 76, 79, 83, and 85). My 80 is a holo/foil Shamal. I hear holo cards are only in about every one out of eight boxes, so it was a nice surprise.
Does anyone here play, collect, or just have a few like I decided to do?
I definitely can't afford to keep it as a hobby but it was exciting for a one-time thing.

Btw with every box you buy, you're Guranteed 1 foil, 1 RR card per colour, and 2 R cards per colour per box ^^
Aww, in that case I would have preferred a shiny Nanoha or Fate card to Shamal. :P
I don't think I'm in danger of buying too many cards as long as I don't have anyone else to play with. The need to get four copies of rare cards is the kind of thing that would really make this expensive, but I only need one to enjoy the artwork.
lol. btw, art ork MIGHT dffer between Foils and non foils ^^; sometimes subtle differences, soemtimes totally different art altogether.
And I might be wrong about the cards you'll get in a box.... it's been a long time since i bought a box ^^;;

Still remember my luckiest pull. Bought one pack in Akihabara and pulled Nanoha's signed Starlight Breaker ;3
And I just finish watching Weiss Survive R
I want to have some of that cards, just for collection purposes since I don't have anyone who could play with me here in place.

I'm a player for this game lol. There is a REALLY big group to play against too! I've got a Fate deck. No one can beat the twin tailed Bardiche wielder XD
