Power Rank - February 2011 Anime

It's one week into a new month, so it's time for another Power Rank.

Over at my blog, we do an anime-themed Power Rank, which basically takes currently airing shows and chooses a top 10 for a given month (in this case February). The panel that decides the ranking consists of authors of the blog who watch all of the episodes that air in a given month; the authors then make their own individual ranking from best to worst, and each author's rankings are averaged and compiled for the Power Rank top 10.
