question about pre-ordering MG astray blue frame 2nd

recently my local hobby shop started to accept pre-orders for the MG astray blue frame 2nd revise, but something about the pre-order bugs me. It was written that only the "first release of the kit would have the backpack" i mean the blue frame 2nd Revise wouldn't be the 2nd revise without its Tactical Arms back pack so what the heck? can anyone figure this out cause i'm a bit confused by this.
Oh, maybe you've known this by now but the "first release backpack" thing may just refer to the backpack connector that allows you to connect other Seed backpacks (like Strike's) onto Astray Blue Frame. The Tactical Arms will still be included of course. ^^;
