She bears some resemblance to Tachibana Kanade from Angel Beats. But I'm pretty sure this picture is just a random anime cg. I remember seeing this picture come by a lot when I looked for Anime Girls via Photobucket.
Her name is Konoe Nanami and she's the lead female character from a Visual Novel called "Lamune".
I used iqdb.org to do an image search. It's really easy to use and great for finding information about anime/game cg images.
oooh, that's a nice find. That will help a lot because I come across a lot of good image without any mentioning of where they're from :)
