Volks to release DDDy body stocking (normal skin colored)
I am sure there are plenty of Dollfie parents out there who have been waiting for this news. Volks International has updated their English site today with new information regarding Dollfie Dream Gathering on Oct. 24-25. The biggest surprise for me so far is the normal skin colored version of the body stocking designed to fit all Dollfie Dream bodies. I am 100% certain that my Sasara will need one of these body stocking. And the renewal version of Dollfie Head Cap, hopefully these will be easier to put on than the ones they have right now.

While I have pretty much decided I am going to adopt Natsuki from the get go, these promotional images and detail description just simply reinforce my plan even further! Not too wild about the striped thigh high, may give her a white one instead! Love the hot pants though! She will be my first girl to wear pants but then again, I might make her cosplay play one of my other favorite character instead!
I made it no secret in the past that I care very much the background story of everything raging from PVC figures to Dollfie Dream. And while I have already been able to make out from the Japanese site that the background story for Natsuki is that she loves to play games and cosplay but it's only until today did it finally came to me... Natsuki must be an otaku (ok may be I am wishful thinking, but someone who loves to hang around Akihabara after school, loves to play games and cosplay is pretty darn close to an otaku to me)! Oh man, that sealed the deal right there! While I was initially hesitant about my comprehension on Moe's background, but it seemed I was right after all, Moe doesn't have any particular interest at all....

On the other hand, I don't know how many of you needed a Doll stand, but Volks USA has finally restocked my favorite SD Type C saddle stand (side hold). Get yours before they are sold out again! I prefer the wooden base stand when I am outdoor for better stability, but I like the metal base stand when I am indoor because I need to pack them closer due to space constraint.
tempting.. i might get Natsuki if i have money to burn at the time. Moe might be hard to shop for since shes S bust o.o

Natsuki looks really nice, I`m considering her for my first dollfie.
Anyone know if she will be available on Volks USA store? Also, do pre-orders open on Oct. 24? or is that when she becomes available?
Volks USA usually do their lottery before the actual event in Japan. More information on lottery detail to be made available on Oct. 10th.

Yes, I am thinking with slight some slight masking and DDDy body stocking, I might just be able to keep Sasara on her black dress longer.
Personally I never had problem with the current head cap. Works pretty well IMO. But skin colored body stocking is nice. I have a few set of white ones that I use for my DD and DDdy body. But sometimes skin colored ones are just much nicer. Definitely going to get some when it comes to Volks USA.
Going to have to see how it turns out, don't think they have a normal skin colored version yet. Might get a few if it turns out good.
Oh cool!! I really have to consider getting the DDDy stocking for my Sasara too. and the doll stand LOL (>_<)

I feel sorry for Moe, everyone is raving about Natsuki, but not many talking about Moe. Such a shame. Personally I'd like to get both Moe and Natsuki, but much prefer Moe.
While I believe Moe has a neat dress (I hope it would fit on a M bust) and plan to acquire it separately. Would you mind to share your view on Moe? Like what makes you like Moe over Natsuki?
Moe just looks so sweet to me. Moe and Natsuki are exactly the same head shape, but I think Moe is much better presented. I prefer her outfit, I think her wig will look great on my amber and I prefer her face up. The differences in their face up are subtle, like the extra blush and fluffy eye lashes, but it all makes a difference. Also, small bust on dd. I have been interested in DD since the original dd designs and have ALWAYS wished for a smaller bust then the normal.
To be honest for me, I don't care about the backstory of any of my dolls. I will change the dolls wigs, clothes, eyes, names and personalities, I like to customise my dolls beyond their original form. My yashiro Kasumi is not yashiro kasumi from Muv Love, she is Lilly, a quiet and inteligent girl with the kindness of a niave child. My mdd Mirai isn't a shy quiet school girl with only one friend, she is the brightest most cheerful teenage girl you could hope to meet, always happy and outgoing, yet occasionally bratty.
My dolls are never anything like their original 'back story' I change them completly. Therefore even thoug Natsuki does technically have a better back story, to me it does matter because I won't have her as a cosplay otaku even if I do get her.
That's fair enough I think. To me, I rarely change my Dollfie beyond their original form, because they are "the" characters I like, therefore changing them to anything different is self defeating for me. Though, I am planning to keep Natsuki the cosplaying otaku that she is suppose to be, already bought a L bust costume for her well in advance.
I agree with aquilla. I personally like Moe alot better then Natsuki. I think she is very cute and love her outfit (it's actually a two piece dress :) ) I think this is just one of those things that falls under the personal preference.
