Cagayake! GIRLS Cover (instrumental)

Just made this cover, I played the rhythm and lead guitars while the bass, drums, and keyboard are played using Guitar pro which I downloaded from Ultimate Guitar. Anyway, I wonder... Is making covers like this and uploading it illegal? I mean with all those copyright laws and stuff

I dont think theres gonna be a Copyright problem, since there are TONS of Covers on Youtube.
The only Videos that have Copyright issues, are the Guitar Hero ones.
But those guys "play" on plastic Guitars, so i think as long as you play on an actual Instrument you will be fine.
Awesome cover! I don't about copyright issues because they are sometimes very strict and sometimes don't care less. Anyway, you've done this song justice!

If you really want to play guitar only without the hassle of composing the other instrument parts yourself, the "K-ON! Sakurakou Keionbu Official Band Yarouyo!" 2 disc set comes with the 5nin (w/Azusa) version of Cageyake! GIRLS minus each instrument, so you can just play along to that, and combine the audio later!
