Mim's Mar Loot
Hello everyone. I hope you are all safe and in good health, especially all my brothers and sisters in Japan.
Its been a bit of a quiet but productive little month for me, well loot wise anyway.
One of the bigger things to happen to my loot this month is the really nice glass frame I got for my wonfes Nendo poster. I won two show bag packs on Yahoo Japan using a proxy resulting in two posters so I got this one mounted properly being glued to the back board and properly sealed up to never be pulled appart.
I also, likewise on Yahoo Japan, managed to pick up three older Nendo's.
I have to say that the Haruhi is fantastic and totally recomend her to anyone who's a fan of Mecha Girls / Mecha Musume. I really hope its the start of a new line as I really like this one. Had a small problem with the hand holding the trigger and its joint popping out of her wrist. Its a little awkward of a joint with all the external preasure on it from holding the trigger at an angle.
Joymax... he aint pretty, but if you are collecting every nendo you will eventually have to hunt him down. I do see around two going on Yahoo Japan at any given time.
A look at the back of the awesome frame, which is well sealed up and pro looking.
I kept the cardboard insert from the Haruhi box as a nice backdrop. Oh and some of the other ladies in my little collection.
Sweet! That poster looks great. :) I've been considering getting my recent one framed too, but it just costs so much.. ;A;
It's a huge poster for Shinkai Makoto's new movie coming out, with his signature on it- from a contest I won. ^-^ It's gotta be framed, but I also can't afford to set myself back from purchasing a soon-to-be car.. xD

Poster :) where did you get it?
It's part of a show bag from the last wonder festival in Japan. I used a proxy to buy it (http://shoppingmalljapan.com/). You get a bunch of things including a cute Nendo 2011 desk Calander.
The cardboard backdrop for the Haruhi totally works. I thought the same thing when I opened it up. Sadly, I don't have any shelf space where I can make use of it.
