BlazBlue: Continuum Shift
If I remember correctly there are a quite a bit of BlazBlue fans here. (myself included)
I saw this news yesterday and instantly became more giddy than V-13 when she's around Ragna. XD
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift was just revealed in the latest issue of Famitsu magazine. The game is basically a follow-up of BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger.
The game features at least 2 new characters, one of which is confirmed to be Tsubaki Yayoi.
New stages and redone old stages
System changes (details still unknown)
New HUD
A new beginner setting for arcade mode.
All existing characters will receive new move. Confirmed so far is a new Distortion Drive for Rachel, a new drive attack for Ragna, a neww curse attack for Arakune, and a new projectile with Nirvana for Carl.
There will be a Loke Test this weekend at “Game Center Hey” in Akihabara
Also I don't believe any release dates have been announced yet.
I going to go out on a limb here and guess that the second playable character is Terumi. Although I'd also really like to see Jubei, Valkenhayn, Makoto, and Kokonoe as playable characters too.
I so can't wait for this. I don't know if the new stuff will be distributed as DLC or not (seems unlikely anyway). But you can be sure I'm getting this regardless of the circumstances.
Also, just throwing this out there, if anyone happens to be looking for anyone to play with and has the PS3 version my ID is RyuTensei. I'd be glad to play against anyone whenever possible, I don't get the chance to play against other people I know very much.

LOL. And to know I just bought Blazblue just a few days ago...
Ah well. I'm happy with what I'm playing right now. I doubt I'll get this one, but probably wait for the 3rd installment of Blazblue.

I am so disappointed at Tsubaki. She looked lovely in the first game. Now look what she looks like D;
I hope it's a DLC not a totally new game itself...
Since it's a new name and having a new system coming out to arcades it's almost a 100% chance that it's a whole new game
So excited at the sequel when I heard about it. Yeah, I know they'll be continuously releasing sequels, but I honestly don't care if they aren't DLC. I'll buy it over and over again to support this game.
I can't afford to do that. :(
God I hope that they fix the new DL version of Bang so his block frames in the burning heart are better =3=
Still really hope that Tsubaki isn't the only new character, she's kinda nothign in the story besides something that ties Jin to Noel and provides the Class President character :/
Perhaps playable Jubei would be nice =w=

I'm really surprised by Tsubaki's new look. It'll be interesting to see how she plays.
