5 months shipping

This was my first ebay purchase, obviously very dissapointing, when three months had passed I lost hope but oh well here it is after 5 months when I wasn't even expecting it, it was from some Hong Kong seller I talk to him, to e bay and paypal but got no solution, apparently if you complain either with e-bay or paypal within 45 days there's a chance they'll reimburse your money for those who didn't know, probably I should've read this on these sites before start buying or using paypal I guess I never contemplated the situation, if you ask me such a short dead line for this customer protection system makes no sense and will just increase their problems with a lot of people using it when there's still the chance for the item to arrive but of course is good to have it.

As for the picture below just some randomness with Chun Li and Light, let me know if you got what's happening ^^

Open a dispute in Paypal. When you don't get your item even if the seller provides proof they shipped it. No matter what, Paypal makes the seller give all the money back to you. They just make you wait a month and if you still don't get it you get all your money back.

My sister lost $432 with proof of shipping and Paypal made her pay it back. We didn't even have proof the buyer got the item and lied just to get the money and item.

So in the end in my opinion the seller is always the most potentially screwed with Paypal.

Yeah it's got to suck for the seller, I didn't knew about that and was patient like for 2 months at that time there was nothing to do but fortunately it got here after all this time, now that I do know paypal is definitely best payment method I guess I'll keep using the cheaper shipping option without worrying about it.

Unless it's some pre-order item, make sure to always file a claim after a month has passed.
