Mim's Apr Loot
G'day everyone from the land down under! Although its only really kind of the begining of April I don't think I'll have anything else come through this month so thought I'd share what I've collected so far.
After spotting the Haruhi Bunny PVC's on display in some fantastic collections posted here on our fair site I decided to collect the set myself. So far I've managed to obtain a few used examples, but at only around $70AUD each via Yahoo Japan it hasn't really been too painful. They all remain pretty rare though and being used some had minor scuffs, but the cloth stockings were all entact.
I picked up a few more Nendo's both new and old so I'm now down to 8 to complete the set. With this last batch of Figma's I also now have every Nanoha figma released to date, which look great all together. I also grabed the latest Blackrock Shooter figma and another Di-Stage for my desk at work so all three will sit together.
I'm a big fan of HoiHoi san so kind of mindlessly ordered the latest modeling guide.
I'm really happy that I did order it as it contains a large collection of art and examples of really heavily modified custom builds using the HoiHoi models as their core. I have every kit released waiting for a distant day when I have the time and dedication to sit down and properly assemble them.

You know I really wish a propper anime series would get released for HoiHoi-San. The characters and overall theme really is appealing to me. The tiny short they released a long way's back was pretty epic imo.
yea i loved that ova (if you can call it that). I really thought that it was gonna have a full series but unfortunately no news of that yet. i really wanted to see PestX-san in action. lol XD I guess the first manga chapter of HoiHoi-san will have to do for now.
Got the manga, but then I can only really handle furigana for now so am saving it as motivation to study more Kanji. I see a lot of potential for an animated series and yes PestX-san and her Bike would look awesome animated!

That last one completes my everything Saber Nendo set. Mandarake once again for the rescue and at a reasonable price for something so old. I think she was only 3500yen new.

Pretty cheap and look really nice once you add the special cardboard insert from the figure box, which is of course designed for use with the Di-Stage. Obviously you are a bit limited with space inside the enclosure once put together, but it still looks fantastic and quite classy.
