Persona 4 Anime? Soon? [NOW CONFIRMED!]
ANOTHER UPDATE 12/4/11 : It seems theres another countdown timer so we could hope this one to be either an expansion or a portable version. Timer countdown pic upload which is the one below this post.
UPDATE: It is confirmed it is an Anime when the timer went to zero and showed a new page with the title there as ''PERSONA 4 The Animation''. Yay!
Not sure if anyone posted this yet but there was a timer that stumbled upon the internet today(I think it's today). The timer shows a timer with ''farmiliar'' color choices. Rumour is, it is a upcoming Persona 4 Anime. I could wish for a P4PSP but I heard that the people at Atlus says that there won't be one so I am not too sure there and the only thing we could do is wait for now.

This is what I wrote in my blog. Slightly different.
''A timer stumbled itself in a website earlier today and the colours and the TV should be very farmiliar to fans. The link of the timer is here. Rumour said that this timer is for a Persona 4 Anime. It could be true example the timer, the colour choices and the TV. Persona 4 Portable? Not too sure but I heard that Atlus themselves said there won't be one so that we could leave to what we will see when the timer reaches zero. Some people said it might be a live action movie due to the live action scenes they use but I am very sure it's an Anime.''

Oh yeah, today is actually the date of the events of Persona 4 happened which is April 11 2011. I like what they did there :D

Second countdown timer(rumour to be expansion or P4PSP). Notice the minor difference in this timer. This one has a different button and the first button have the glasses from the game. Also, this TV's button actually have words unlike the previous TV countdown timer below.

Firs timer which already passed and it's confirmed to be P4 Anime which is the one below. Minor differences to the new timer above which is like theres no words for the buttons on the TV and theres no glasses symbols on the buttons.

Persona 4 Anime which is confirmed now.
P4 expansion, maybe? Could be like FES was for P3. Maybe even an HD upgrade? Notice that while the TV is old in style, it's actually 16:9 aspect ratio like an HDTV instead of 4:3 like an old one.
Yeah maybe, anything works for me though. I always like Persona but ofcourse I prefer either an expansion or a portable version of it. Btw, posted the link of the countdown timer. Forgot to post it during the first time.
But then the old tv has always been there(like in the opening) in Persona 4. But yeah, it might be a sign that it's a expansion for PS2 or an Anime(cuz it's a TV there haha lol).
It is now confirm to be Persona 4 the Animation. How I can't sleep because of this very wonderfull news!!! I'm friggin' happy!!

One thing I don't get is that there is another countdown timer now o.o . Is it a countdown for the Anime to released or another hope for a expansion or portable version of sorts?
That one I can't make sure of that, since like what you've said that Atlus won't be working on P4P, although if there's one I'd gladly play'em. Let's just hope for another news

Updated the post with the new countdown timer and the minor differences to the timers. The new one has words on the buttons and theres a symbol of some sort of the glasses used in the original game on the first button.
I think I just got owned by them because the 2nd timer showed the same teaser trailer with nothing different at all. Haiz, I guess theres really no P4PSP nor an expansion. Still, can't wait for the anime!

Yup and it's confirmed now. But theres one more timer so what we can do now is wait for the other countdown timer goes off.
Like Ainos said, it's a confirmed anime. They're going to have all the original cast from the game including Horie Yui as Chie!

I thought Persona 3 was more popular? I wonder if it was the whole blow your brains out thing that stopped them. Maybe.
Well, Persona 3 had an Anime but it was some kind of sequel and it pretty much sucked(I didn't watched it but I heard people saying it that it wasn't that good). And with Persona having already a Expansion for the game and if you know the ending your understand that it's quite hard to have a sequel or unless you mean a direct Anime? Which is like Tales Of Abyss with the same story and such and not much differences?(sorry I didn't finish TOA's Anime so am not sure how different it is). It would be nice though but I preferred P4 myself so yeah. Still, I couldn't wait for this Anime and wondered will it be good or not.
