Our Collection!
I feel like so much has changed in our collection since I took all these photos (which originally appear on our own site) but I wanted to share them with the figure.fm community! (These photos are from February 2011, just in case you're wondering!)
So this is what our apartment looks like, including the cute man-thing sitting at his desk since we share this space and merge our collection into one big display.
Most of our collection is in our living room with a bit in our bedroom. I really hope everyone enjoys the shots! Also I'm really sorry some of these are blurry! >_<*
First off: a shot of the view people get as they come into our apartment! (Usually we keep the blinds as they’re shown to keep the sun off our pretty ladies.)
Now for the goodies of our living space up close and personal! I’ll try to just let everyone soak in the images since there are so many. So let’s take a walk through our collection!
(for those wondering, the large green dragon in the above shot is Fin Fang Foom from Thor. He is the second largest Hero Clix that was made – and he came in a couple different colours as well!)
(We not only have figures and toys, we also have 1/10 scale RC cars! The car in front of our BluRays is a limited Tamiya chassis done up as an Abarth Fiat 500. Its top speed is 34km/h or 21mph!!!)

She was tricky to get but I needed her to complete the set! (Though I am missing Saber Lily and Saber Extra - they're too expensive to get now!)

It didn't take me long to get her - I emailed Toylet asking if they were getting some since she wasn't listed on their site and they said they were getting a few but not enough to make it worth listing and the put one aside for me. ^_^

You mean you're going to mount shelves on every wall in your apartment and jam them full of figures like we did? ^^; It's a great strategy!!! :D
probably just 1 side of the wall as i sharing room with sibling but the other half of the room already installed with wall mount shelves full of books of my sibling. thinking of adding a tv to my side of the room so wall-mount shelves is 1 of the more feasible option to do it. not that i have a big collection anyway. :)

Thanks! I'm kind of confused by the eye patch though since I don't remember the Cheshire Cat having one.
I guess I should give more background! There are a bunch of different colourways of this Vinyl Cheshire mold. Usually about 500 of each colour is made. This is the Cheshire Nation colourway... great collection you got, but i can imagine dusting will probably take a couple of days to complete (^o^)/
Dusting is so brutal ;_; I usually recruit figure loving friends to come over so that they can dust the nendos and figma and rearrange them all. I have a few who likes to help me dust the scaled ladies because then they get to take a really good look at the details. I'm always looking for volunteers in the area XD
Where did you get this staircase stands?

That is Judge Master Gabranth from FF12. That particular one is one of 1000 pieces (all are numbered) produced by Play Arts Sculpture Arts Series and he retails for about $500+ ^^; Though we lucked out and picked ours up at a convention (GOD HE IS SO HEAVY) for only $300. Actually that's a Naginata ^^;
Naginata's are awesome. I want one :P so far I got around 5 katanas, 2 ninjato's, a shinai and a boken + 4 nunchucks floating around the room XD so a Naginata would fit in well.
Are all of yours just display pieces or do you have any traditionally made weapons? I really want to get my hands on a folded steel Katana but at $1000+ they're a little outside of my range unless I stop buying figures for a while ^^;
two out of five are cases of reasonable doubt. They're a heavier than your standard display katana. So I'm still in the process of checking it out whether they're real of fake =) It would be nice if one of them is genuine ^^ But I suspect both of them are just display models with a different type of steel. And yes, I too want a folder steel katana. But I'd need to get myself a money tree first :P

I actually JUST opened Ritsu yesterday! I got her from HLJ for retail a couple of weeks ago. I had to do some detective work but they ended up having a bunch in the warehouse that were unsold so they posted the stock back up! A whole bunch of people got lucky and were able to order her! :)
