My Time at Sakuracon 2011
Sakuracon is no doubt one of the biggest convention here in the Northwest. Looking back at my previous conventions, there seems to be a bigger differences at what is popular/ mainstream in each coventions. And my time here is was very much enjoyed and I encourage people to go, if they can. The theme that I believe was most used here was FFXIII, Vampire Knight, Vocaloids. Some of the cosplayers did go above and beyond my expectation, its just that there was more of these then the rest. There are many things to do at Sakuracon and by looking at the fact that there are Six levels to this Convention Center, each floor had something to do. My favorite thing to do is to cosplay and take pictures of myself with other cosplayer. Unfortunately my Group could not go with me to this Con, but with the help of figure fm I was not alone. My first day was spent with fellow Figure fm member Jeishi and his friend. That being said here are some pictures

Really blocking traffic! If for me, I'll kick the photographer in the butt for blocking traffic at this area...
Its was so bad last year, the photographer would be like 2 feet away from the escalator and it almost made people with huge props or wings break because the people behind them would ram there rear

Thanks, I dont think it would be so bad, if each vampire knight cosplay all were some how a different character and then pose for one big picture.

I was looking for that Amu for about 2 hours, everything i looked, she was always one floor below me, and be the time i got to where I saw here, she was gone.
I miss the gaming area... Made so many friends there (remembered playing touhou 12.3 the most...so much fun). Maybe next year or two years, I'll be back at Sakura-con and find you ^_^
And i'll be waiting, with both decks blazing.

If we both went all three days at would have even better but it still was loads of fun. Saturday wasn't so bad because I believe a lot of the people knew where to go or they had something they wanted to do, there were more cosplayers as well. And for the ring spinner AWESOME which word did you get.
It was actually pretty funny. My finger size was a 21 and the only one that can fit me was one that said Luck on it. 21, luck? Coincidence? XD

Other than the special guests, Sakura-Con for me this year was a bit of a no-go for me. Press priority has gone down the drain...

Oh ya, When I went there on sunday, it did die down and I was frantically lookin' for my buddy cuz he had my badge, and I got barraged by some people that actually want a picture of me. And then I ended up finding out that my friend already left the convention..........

Nothing on a woman is awesome, but what gets the blood pumping and the hormones running is trying to peel away the clothes on a woman. hahah I thought about this because i was thinking about that seinfeld episode where Jerry dates a nudist i think. That awesome, you guys looked great up there with all that posing action that was done. You should go to another convention as well. Maybe Anime Expo will have more of a gathering there.
