What is it with girls sizing their girl-friends chest? Personally I never thought about it and never had it done until recently, but it seems to be something normal (normal with very good pals, though I'm not sure)
I'm an American girl and that's definitely not normal around the US. ^^; Dunno about Japan though...
From my meager experience white girls are a bit less touchy-feel than Asian ones, especially in the US; maybe Japanese girls are more comfortable since there's public baths and families bathe together?

its a contest to see whose grows faster in a year. this is what i've come to see in many anime.
usually the petanko ones do the sizing out of jealousy and also usually say out loud that they wish their eyes were as big.
In anime I can understand (besides they're all cute girls, awesome fanservice) but I mean IRL. I guess it's because girls are usually a bit more comfortable with skinship than men, so maybe that's it. Personally I don't feel bothered by it since my friends have a pair too.
