Need help with Nendoroid order while in Japan

Just got an email telling me my Kuroneko Nendo from Hobby Search is in and tried to log in but something is going wrong. I think its because I'm in Japan and I'm afraid I'll miss out on her. Can anyone advise?
best way to find out is to let them know directly. Though I don't think your location makes a difference as to being able to sign on...unless they want to block japanese users from using english cite for some reason.
they reduced the point incentives from 5% to 3% though, don't like that, but really isn't much difference.
Send them an e-mail explaining your concerns and asking politely for a clarification.
=P -why can't you just go to a figure store and see if you can get it first hand from a dealer...
At worst, just buy one in Japan and resell the one in the States.

Tried the link but it reverts to Japanese. Must be because of my location.
Maybe their server is down or upgrading something. Just try it later. If it still not working, then send them an email and tells them about your concerns. They are nice. So, no worry :)
You cannot access the HS English site from Japan. So you will need to send them an email and just explain everything to them.

The only one I could find on the JP site is hs-support@1999.co.jp. I do not know if they have an English specific one(AmiAmi does) as I don't order from HS anymore ^^;
Thanks. Sent them an email so now I gotta wait. Kinda frustrating because another preorder from Otacute came in and I was able to take care of it no problem.
