The Wolf Pack Attacks!
Manami is all about dressing up and having fun. When I got her a wolf kigurumi, she really had a blast trying to terrorize her sisters. She still wears it on occasion but hasn't had as much fun as she wanted to.
Recently, Manami's mom got in touch with me and said she had another wolf kigu that is actually made by Volks. Since she didn't have any other dolls that it would fit, she offered it to me! So knowing that Manami was wanting a buddy to play dressup with, I eagerly said yes and had it sent to me.
When it came in, Manami went straight to Miyuki with it to see if she would play along with her. And of course, Miyuki being fun loving and playful, went along easily.
Here is what these two got into on their "hunting" trip. ^_^
Miyuki ( Mi from here on) - "Hey are we going to go hunting like real wolves do?"
Manami - (Ma from here on) - "Yes we are! It's gonna be so much fun too!"
"All we need to do is go find a "meal" to pounce on and we can "eat" them up! Haha!"
"Well, I don't know about *eating* anyone but hunting sounds fun!"
Ma - "Here let me help you with this so we can hurry up and go. Put your arms out wide..."
Mi - "Like this?"
Ma - "Yup, that's good."
Ma - "Ooooo, you look good Miyuki! Now growl for me!"
Mi - "Grrr!"
Ma - "That's it? That was pathetic! Growl like you mean it! You're a wolf dammit!"
Mi - "ROOWWWRRR!!!"
"Ha ha! Victory! Now you're feeling it!"
Ma - "Ok, now let's get out there and find some prey!"
Mi - "Yeah! Prey!"
Ma - "Oh look! Yoko is playing MASK all alone! She will make good prey!"
Mi - "Really? She looks like she's having fun tho."
Ma - "Shhh! Sneak up around her back like me!"
Mi - "Ok..."
Ma - "Almost there...."
Yoko - "Who's there?"
"AHHHH! MONSTERS!!!!"
ROOOWWRRRR!!!!

Ma - "Ok Miyuki, this won't be easy. I will get in front of Rei and distract her while you sneak up behind her."
Mi - "Are you sure Manami? Rei is pretty smart. She may catch on to us."
Ma - "Nah, it'll be fine."
Ma - "Are those cupcakes? Oh man! They are! Miyuki, hurry and get behind her, I'll get her attention."
Mi - "Alright then..."
SNEAK SNEAK SNEAK
Rei - "Manami, what are you up to? You have your kigu on and that is never a good thing. Why are you smiling like that?"
Ma - "NOW MIYUKI!"
ROOOWWRRRR!
Rei - "What the... mmppphhpphhh!!"
Mi - "I got her Manami, I got her, come quick!"
Rei - "Get off of me this instant Miyuki!"
OMNOMNOMNOMNOM
Mi - "Ahhh! Manami! Help me! She's way too strong for me to handle!! MANAMI!!"
Rei - "This does not bode well for you little sister. You may regret your decision to be in league with Manami on this excursion."
MI - "MANAMIIIIIIII!!!!"

"Oh all right, I'm coming...."

Mi - "Oh man... huff puff....that was scary! Rei gets mad quick!"
Ma - "Hee hee! But did you hear her? She was laughing so hard! I never hear her laugh! That was great!"
Mai - "Ok, what are you two up to now? I heard all the commotion out here already..."
"You're both in kigus so I can only imagine what kind of pranks you've been pulling."
Ma - "Stay back Miyuki, *I'll* handle this."
Mi - "I'm glad cause *I* sure can't!"
Ma - "Look here Mia! I'm a big bad wolf and I'm gonna eat you up!"
Mai - "This again? I think not big sis...."

Mi - "In that case...... HONK!"
Mai - "What tha...."
Ma - "Ahhh!! Miyuki grabbed the boobies! Awww! I wanted to do it first! Must .....stretch..... more....."
Mi - "Wheeeheheeehheeee! I win I win!"
Mai - "Get back here you little scamp! That wasn't fair at all!"
Ma - "Booooobies.... must... get..... booobies...."

Come on now, as soon as Manami noticed the cupcakes, you should have known what was going to happen. XD
So for Manami, is it boobs > food > pouncing?
Actually it would be food/boobs/pouncing. And since pouncing usually involves boobs or food, she still hits 2 of her 3 list itmes. XD
This was too funny! So Rei is ticklish?
Hee hee, yes! Rei Oneesan is only ticklish in one spot and that is her tummy. And how Manami knows this I have no idea. But it was hilarious anyways since this is the first time Rei has laughed out loud for so long.

I think the fact that Rei was made to laugh had her angry more than the fact she got jumped by her sisters. =3 But her dissheveled look here was spot on.... took me a few to get it right but she looks so irate in this shot! XD

Ha ha! Me too! Mai has figured out Manami's weakness for breasts and was exploiting that to its fullest here. She's no dummy when it comes to fighting... no matter what style is being used! XD
That was a very entertaining post! That pouncing thing seems to be very popular at your place :-) I wonder what's going to happen tonight when Rei decides to get them back?

Rei didn't do anything that night but the mere thought of her doing something kept Manami and Miyuki awake almost all night. And I think *that* was Rei's plan all along. ^_^

Yes, I knew exactly what I was doing when I got the second one. Why else would I have gotten it? XD
Rei was caught off guard and the rocking chair she was in was not very stable so when Miyuki jumped her, she was already at a disadvantage. But she quickly flipped Miyuki over and took control. Had Manami not eaten the cupcakes so quickly, things may have gone differently. But Rei was never my main household protector, she just runs the joint. Mai is the warrior of the family and can handily deal with most situations.

Heh, even when having fun, Rei's pride gets in the way. XD I think I told you, but my mom does that exact thing to my aunt on occasion, honk and all, except that she usually waits until they're in the middle of a conversation. They're sisters, that's the only way she gets away with it! =P

Heheh, yup, they're silly. When they leave each other voicemails, they put on fake Vietnamese accents and call themselves "Youngah Dummah Seesta" and "Oldah Waisah Seesta".
Well, I'll admit that was one of Pinkie's girlier scenes. She's also completely insane though, and warps the laws of physics on a regular basis, which is why she's my fave pony. But despite the level of pinkness in the design, and Pinkie's disregared for the seriousness of most situations, the ponies actually get themselves into some pretty serious danger on occasion in this series. Unlike large chunks of the first series and the painfully sugary 3rd gen stuff.

Wow! I had these as a kid to play with... that's like over 25 years ago now.
Oh yeah I love MASK stuff! I only had a few of them as a kid but when I got old enuff to afford them again, I went after the whole line. So now I own every vehicle and set made from Series 1-3. Fun toys.

Thank you very much! Pouncing is all about having fun and Manami makes sure she spreads the fun around when she does it. She may come off as silly but she knows spreading fun and laughs around the house is an important job of being the eldest sister.
by the way, what's that transformers space shuttle called? i used to play it in my cousin's house.
The Space Shuttle is named Sky Lynx. It splits into two critters.... the base turns into a Lynx and the shuttle turns into a bird. Put them together and they form the large Sky Lynx creature. He's really cool looking and I always liked him as a kid.
oh yes! thank you, i remember now. i was quite confused when he showed me the transformation, since i thought they transformers only transform into humanoid robots.

Actually, the one Manami is wearing IS the same! When I had it made, that is exactly the outfit I told the girl to make for me. There is a crown that goes with this but it's too big for my liking. "Where The Wild Things Are" is my favorite childrens book. I still have mine from when I was small.
