Alter Dizzy Defect already!

Dont know what to make of this, just received it in the post today and was about to unbox her when I noticed a grey spot on her shoulder. At first I thought it was just the clear clamshell pressing against it, but when I shone light through the box it appears that grey spot is on the surface of her skin. I had a quick flick through Noein-Disgaea's photos and his one doesnt have that on the shoulder so I think this could be a defect in the paint job. Tempted to take this up with amiami where I bought from, how good are they with returns anybody know?
I've known spots like that to happen when the clamshell is against the skin and a bit of oil would some how form. Not sure it warrants a return though. Have you opened the box to see if it can be cleaned off?
I haven't make any return so far, so, I dunno how they handle the return, but I believe you havent open the box yet. Try to send them an email with the photo you took which shows the defect point you found from the figure. See what they reply you on the email. Anyway, I believe you have to pay the shipment to ship it back to them for exchange. And they will ship another one to you w/o any cost. Of course, you need to check with them first. They may not have any in stock of this figure. GL, and hope its something you can cleaned off by yourself just like what Negative said above here.
I think that's just the clamshell touching the figure. If you are afraid to open it, why don't you try to shake the box a little bit and see if it moves?
facepalm...This is not really a defect. A defect is something missing, broke or wrong part placement.
This can be clean off easily.

i have a question concerning Dizzy's shipping option, does she have a SAL option or EMS only shipping option? cuz if she is EMS only i wont be buying her as EMS = 100% custom fees making her about 30% more expensive.
i was thinking, if u did send it back to Ami Ami and they sent u a new one and you were charged custom twice - 1st package and 2nd package thats like a slap in the face being charged twice.
luckily SAL shipping is available for dizzy.i've ordered her with sal registered already.with that price EMS makes it almost impossible to let it pass freely through customs.
im sure thats just the clampshell .. plus .. i dont think amiami will return that ... i had a blackrock shooter ani ver .. broken inbox ... and they wouldent take it cuz it happened to much ... but they did refund me 20% of it back ...
So I'd like to bump this article.
I just got my Dizzy Figure Last Month and I realized it has the same exact thing to it as the Dizzy in the Pictures above. Did you ever try wiping that off or was it permanent, I haven't opened the box yet and I would like some feedback if you ever did fix this problem or left it be.
Any ways to clean, and I did see Shinkawa's link but the smudge on the the dizzy figure looks different than the one in the Link.
I just started Collecting so any response would be much appreciative.
