Mirai Escape!

Being in figure.fm, this is one fanart that I bound to paint sooner or later XD.

I did the initial sketch few months ago, just after the new costume was revealed. However ... it just stopped there until I picked it up again recently and updated it with new information. Well, I just made up most of the stuff there along the way, so don't ask about its accuracy XP. Long story short, I finally finished it today while running purely on caffeine and dead brain ... and in a glance it looks kinda patched-up and messy =_=. Well, at least the explosion is there XD!

Can you tell what's going on there? :)

    ABSOLUTELY BADASS. loving the dynamic scene and the realism here. her boots look a tad sketchy especially when its next to that tank looking thing on the background. might wanna refine that a bit, otherwise you put to shame a lot of the fan art of mirai submitted before

      Thanks! :) I wanted to leave sketchy/painterly feel there but thanks to the convenience of digital zoom, the size of the sketchy strokes also tend to follow the size of the object lol XP. Thanks for pointing it out :)

    May be this is just me but... Her Gun look like a M4 that bended into U shape, with a muzzle on the stock, and attached with FH FN2000 scope..... I get poisoned by airsoft gun lately :D

    I see alot of themes in here like, Star Wars, Gundam, Trigger Heart Exelica/Sky Girl, etc.

      Here comes a gun aficionado m(_ _)m lol XD. The M4 wasn't one of the inspiration but FN2000 sure had some influence (albeit I didn't particularly think about it). The scope was however, came from one of the XM29 OICW, just without the eyepiece.
