Oh, yes, the title can be misleading. =) They are the same figure. She is my first Miku figure and I am really happy with her, totally flawless (if you can forgive the 2 poles supporting her, which is compulsory). More pics in the review link i posted.
Wait, i mentioned Alternate Green version and Blood Fest version, they are just photoshop work I'd like to share. I also managed to make her hair look metallic in the 3rd picture below. Except the 1st 2 and the 4th picture, which are raw shots from my phone camera, the rest are photoshopped. =)

Rather than wanting to make good pics out of photoshopping, i was actually playing with the photoshop software only lol, just to produce some alternate colors.
