Is it worth it? I need your opinion! [DECIDED]

I have decided to try for a lower price and if not then I will have to leave it and search on he world wide web!

I am yet to get any good advice so I thought I would try the folks here!
So I have a friend who has pretty much introduced me to the wonders of collecting and she wants to sell me an AZONE 1/6 scale doll of Saber (from the series Fate/Hollow Ataraxia) for 20,000 Yen. She says that it is at a loss to her but I am not sure if it is worth it.
Tell me what do you think?
Do I take it or whittle down the price?
