Paying for Digital coloring/Photoshop Services

I'm currently trying to make a header image and need someone who's good at digital coloring/editing to color my poor drawing.
I'm looking for someone to
-cleaned up the drawing and make the lines better defined
-color it to look like HL2 Insurgency screen shown in this article
-send me the finished drawing in high resolution

I'm using paypal for payment. 30% down and 70% upon completion and approval. You can send me a low resolution photo for approval and then send me a high res after payment.
I've also included a photo of the actual photo i drew for color reference.

Question: Will you want text added to the banner? That does change things a little, as type is a whole issue unto itself. :) Also, is the screenshot just for the texture/style, or would you like to alter the colors to follow that palette as well?
Looking through my stuff I'm realizing how much 3D I've been doing, but I do work in 2D when I get the chance. Did the background for this short in Photoshop: http://www.youtube.com/user/poofiemus . It's supposed to be stylized, so it doesn't quite match your sample, but if you want me to I'm willing to whip up an art test, since I don't think I have other recent PS work online at the moment.

I'm looking to use the same texture and styles as the screenshot, as well as the colors.
I don't want you to go out of your way to draw me an example of your work, but do you have something more, done in photoshop to showcase?
