Nintendo 3DS warranty issue

Guess what my previous Nintendo 3DS was aqua blue and now is black .Why????? well my previous wan which i have no idea how i got the analog stick jam!!! And so ,i remember that i got a 2 year warranty for so i brought it back to Eb game to get it fix. At first i thought they going to send it to Nintendo to fix it up but instead they gave me a new one but too bad they ran out of aqua blue and i got a comos black .which is not back seen i been using it for like 3 month i guess and got pretty bored with the blue wan . Well anyway the bad thing is i spend 3 month getting street pass for my mii plaza and my hard earn game coin which i earn 500 and half of the mii plaza quest HAIZZZZZZZZZZZZ all gone swt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have to said nintendo should have create a virtual storage or save the whole data then to redo everything again on the new 3DS!!!
