Can anyone translate this?

Hey folks,
So I was in my garage and ran across my old Pokemon cards. I did a calculation and found out that the collection is worth over $750 if each piece was sold at the lowest prices currently being offered on ebay. I'll selling the entire set of 389 cards for $375 at the auction found below:

There's a lot of 1st edition base cards, holographics and shadowless cards from the base set.
Anyway, that's not the main reason why i'm writing. I was wondering if someone who reads Nihongo can decipher what's written on this card. Also, plus points if you can identify its worth.

remove two damage counters from all pokemon.
good luck with selling your stuff... Probably have better luck since they are in English. I can't even sell my 1500 card lot for $100 (even though at lowest market rate, it would probably hit as high as your stuff)
I was also considering selling my collection as I have no use to it, but I decided to keep it as it's a nice memento of the years I was still at elementary school.

All the pokemons on both player's field can remove 2 damage counter....
i am from taiwan, so i can read kanji and i can read most of the katagana too... and tats wut i get when combine them together xD~
