Fullmetal Alchemist June 2011 loot
Finally got a hold of my packages stopped at customs, which means quite a decent loot :D

The whole loot together!

Finally my Ichiban Kuji figures. They don't look half bad, in my opinion. I got these just before I have to start searching for the new IK goods, ugh.

Some more figures - new-ish and really old. I wasn't sure about getting that Lust since she's not one of my favorite characters, but in the end I thought 'what the hell'. She was quite cheap anyway.

Opening my Chibi Voice figures~ I already owned the two Roys and Hawkeye, but I decided to get myself a box to complete the set. I'll be selling my extras, probably.

At last! My Square Enix Online Shop exclusive Fullmetal Alchemist chess set~ It was probably more expensive than it should, but I don't regret getting it. It's just an awesome piece of merchandising.

The board and the chess pieces.

All the chess pieces! The designs are taken from the title illustrations of chapter 85 of the series, and I think they've done a really good job. There are also extra improved!Ed and cow!Arakawa pieces included.

Some stationery (postcards, fan, mouse pad, book cover and telekas), plus a couple of DVDs from the first series I was still missing. Almost done now! Planning on getting serious with my teleka collecting, too.

Edward's suitcase! This was a quite recent Gangan through-the-mail promotion. Looks quite plain, but it's a cool thing to own anyway. You're supposed to be able to store the whole manga inside.

It came with some stickers to decorate it - with places mentioned in the series. Another sheet of stickers was included in a Gangan issue.

And doujinshi! These are my Fullmetal Alchemist (Roy/Hawkeye) purchases from last Winter Comiket (they took a long time to get to me, yes). Mostly from online shops, except the last one which is an older release.

And these are a bit of a holy grail for me. Two doujinshis made by Arakawa Hiromu: one Evangelion fanbook from 1998 and one Super Street Fighter II fanbook from 1995 (both gag). She did a bunch of doujinshi before becoming a professional, so I'm glad I was able to get my hands on some of her books. Really happy about this find.

Really nice collection! I love the pieces of the fullmetal alchemist chess board XD
Thank you! Yeah, they're so cute~ xD
Congrats, another great haul! I love the chess board, I have one too. I wish there was an easy way to display it though. I really like the Ichiban kuji figures as well, congrats on getting them finally. Tisis one of the few times that I actually have a lit of the same items as you, the prize figures, Lust and the chess board.
Ed's suitcase want! Do you mind me asking how much it was? Was it from YJA?
Once again, I'm really jealous!
I had been waiting for most of this since January. So I'm happy it's with me at last xD
Yes, I got it from YJA and it wasn't that expensive for a through-the-mail promotion. Most of the times I see it going for around 4000 yen or less.
Cool loot man. I tried ordering the ichiban kuji figures from mandarake last time but I got an email telling me it was sold out :(
Thanks! That's a shame, they look quite good :/ There are always a bunch of them at YJA, if you don't mind paying a proxy...
I like this figure.
It looks really good in real life, in my opinion :)
Yoki is without a doubt my favorite in the set. Awesome collection!
I have a soft spot for Mei, but yeah Yoki is brilliant xD Thank you!
Nice haul, Where did you get the chess set?
I bought it from the Square Enix Online Shop using a proxy: http://store.jp.square-enix.com/detail/4988601532587 If I'm not wrong it looks like it's not sold out yet? I've seen it sometimes show up at Yahoo Japan Auctions too.
thanks a ton!
Anytime!
Hi there. I'm Polish. I have a question. Where did you buy a bag of Edward?
I really care about her.
I found the suitcase at Yahoo Japan Auctions, but you'll need a proxy bidder (like Shopping Mall Japan or Treasure Japan) in order to bid, because people over there don't ship internationally. It's not THAT rare, there are normally a couple on auction at any given time :) You could check Mandarake too.
thx...
I can not find it.
You can give me a link to this page?
Yahoo Japan Auctions (http://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/) is the Japanese Ebay, so basically you have to search until you find what you want... then bid with the help of a proxy like Shopping Mall Japan (http://shoppingmalljapan.com/). Sorry I can't be of more help, but that suitcase wasn't available at any regular shop :(
thx
Now I'm looking gadgets with Lin Yao and Greelin
I'm a fan xD
But there are very few things
Lin(Greelin) is not very popular: <
Hi, do you remember how much, including shipping and tax, you paid for the chess set?
I know I got charged 1000 yen of fees at Treasure Japan, but I'm afraid I don't know the shipping cost... my chess set was shipped along with other stuff. Sorry!
