Anime Expo 2011 - Day 0
Today was Day 0 at Anime Expo 2011 in Los Angeles. Last year I wasn't able to pick up my badge, but this time it's going to be different.
Lines. We meet again.
Despite the long lines, it moved rather smoothly. Certainly a lot smoother than last year. During the line I got spotted by Ragnablade. Although I did see his name on figure.fm a couple times, I didn't know he was or recognize him. Pretty shocking that he recognized me :P
Some Durarara!! cosplay to wet our appetites for the main event.
Inside, at last. While inside, Gibson recognized me from last year's Danny Choo panel. It's scary when people recognize you, but you don't recognize others.
The Toyota Corolla is Hatsune Miku's official car. Pretty neat itasha.

Had some dinner with Vince088 afterwards and then headed back.
With my 4-day badge secured, it's time to ROCK!
Jeez, look at that line...hope the weather wasn't too bad!
nah it was just hot during the afternoon other than that it got better later on.
Fortunately, there were large areas of shade to stand under.
I just hope this person is not one of those trap cuz last year I remember a guy was in that cosplay when I went to the gathering.
If it is a guy, he's doing a good job of pulling off Celty.
I don't know about this specific photo, but yes, *he* was there again this year. I ran in to him on Saturday in the Exhibit Hall. It really messed with my head, because at first all I saw was a person's body that had all the curves and resembled a woman's body, but then up close with the visor up, it was a man. XDDDDD
I won't be attending this year... =(

That line was horrible! I was there for like three hours before it started moving. Though once it did start moving it was over in like 15 minutes.
Good stuff. Gotta get to the Convention Center now.
I got in around 5 and it took about 2 hours to get it. The line was moving pretty smoothly considering how many people there were.
