One is HK$528, the other is $798 bundled with No. 138 - Jietan Airforce Ver.
Maybe you have to negotiate with the seller of the $528 one whether she is gonna ship overseas.

For Nendos of popular characters (e.g. Kuroneko) price will shoot up immediately after the first release day.
