Thought I'd show off the
Shin Sonic Form Fate Custom
I am working on ^_^;; It is still incomplete but I'm happy with it so far. I'm using the guide Mizuna made.
I also created a comic showing the "making" of her at my buroggu ^_^
I'm just temporarily set back because I've just moved to the Philippines and getting settled in. The lifestyle here also demands that you go out and drink everyday so I don't have much time for my blog at the moment >_>.
The good news is I brought most of my Figmas and Figure comic props over. I'm just wondering what the the guys monitoring the x-ray machine when I passed my bags through the airport must've thought seeing that many Figures LOL
She looks good so far! I've been dissatisfied with my figma Fate for a while now, moreso because it takes too much effort to put her in her figma bag, so a custom Shin Sonic form might be just the ticket for me! Where do you get the Riot Blades and Riot Zamber from?
The weapons came from CMs corporation Fate, which is the only Fate figure I got that disappointed me -_-. So now I've put her weapons to better use. Unfortunately she would be damn expensive to get just for the weapons ! Another idea is buy 2 Figma Fates so you get 2 Zambers (I actually have 2 Fates myself, but I leave the other one boxed)
ICIC that explains why the size seems off kilter (CM Corp's Fate is 1:8 scale IIRC? Maybe 1:10, making it much larger for a figma.) Who knows, maybe they'll make a Shin Sonc Form Fate and Exceed Mode Nanoha figma at some point ^^
Looking at Max Factory's direction with loli Figmas, I think they would probably make a loli sonic form Fate first - which I may actually like bettr because she gets little yellow wings on her ankles and elbows :P. Hmm that's another idea for a custom! I want those little yellow wings!
Yeah, well if they want to continue the StrikerS line, they'll still need to make Subaru, Teana, Erio and Caro (and hopefully Gin-nee too <3)
There's also Vivio, Lutecia, Zest and the Numbers, Number XIII Ginga and Sankt Kaiser Vivio <3
Even though I thought the story was rushed, the characters are awesome, and though I doubt that they'd make figmas for all of characters I'd mentioned, it'd be really nice, especially Number XIII Ginga and Sankt Kaiser Vivio <3
