Anime Expo 2011 Loot
Another Anime Expo has come to an end for me, as I was only able to go for Days 2 and 3 (Saturday and Sunday), but that didn't stop me from spending all that I had in the Exhibit Hall ^^
Not much this year, but I'm happy with what I managed to snag. Be amazing and check out my coverage of the Culture Japan x Fakku! Meetup and my photos of Anime Expo 2011 days 2 and 3 that made the cut.
Jinta's shirt from Ano Hana and a free nico nico shirt from when I picked up my badge.
The oppai mouse pad was free when I purchased Record of Agarest War.
I was fortunate enough to get both Danny and Maridah (who was cosplaying as Mirai at the meet and greet) to scribble all over my Figma Mirai's box.
Was also extremely lucky to be able to snag a Hatsune Miku Support Ver. Nendoroid which was sold at the Mikunopolis booth in very limited quantities at set selling schedules. I literally ran to the booth as soon as the exhibit hall opened to secure her. The exhibit hall opened at 10 and the sales started at 11. Well worth the hour wait.
Some posters and other things I managed to grab. The supercell poster was given to me by a friend, and the Mikunopolis poster was given out in the South Hall lobby in front of the Toyota Itashas.
Some sort of cushion that was given out after the Miku concert.
A nice pillow case I received when I purchased Record of Agarest War.

I believe that's used for sitting down on at places that have hard sitting surfaces. Like baseball park seats or something. =)

Lol I wouldn't either. But at least I told you what it normally is used for. Also great to hear you got a chance to see Miku. Hoped you enjoyed it a lot. I wanted to go but heard it was sold out and then found out afterwards that there were still extra tickets being sold. :(

I absolutely loved it. Lost my voice chanting and cheering :P The stupid thing was that I purchased my ticket the day tickets went on sale, but my friend who managed to get one of the extra tickets sat closer towards the front while I was stuck near the back with the less energetic crowd ><

is that suppose to be the Ano Hana shirt?
"chiteijin' (you can't see the character for 'jin' since the shirt is folded), and it means "Underground person."
And yes, it is the shirt that Jinta wears in Ano Hana.

Wait, this came out already? I ordered mine from GSC and still don't have it.
I've actually been hearing a lot about people saying that they haven't received theirs who had ordered it from the site. Not too much longer, hopefully.
According to GSC's English site, they're expected for late July. They're already out in Japan though, which is why they had some to bring to AX.

It was available early only at Anime Expo at the Sentai Filmworks booth. I was told it would be released in another 3 weeks.
Oh okay. Good thing I should have money by then. XD
How much was the support Miku?
She was 40 USD.
Apparently I totally missed this. Just exited out to the street and left, not thinking they might be doing more promotions.
Mann I missed all the posters. There was one more Miku one I think.
I wonder if anywhere is selling off the extras online?
I would totally get another one, as the art on the one I have, while nice, can be a little better on Miku's face.
