I can't imagine any of my daughters not wearing over knee stocking, it's a must have for me, bare legs just doesn't work for me.
If you've got vinyl, you gotta get body protection. I suppose that thigh-highs offer some protection, but a body stocking is better. The only time Yumiko-tan doesn't wear her body stocking is when she's in her bikini.
