Otacute Responds: Defective Figma Yagami Hayate

I recently ordered a Figma Yagami Hayate from Otacute.com. What I got wasn't what I expected - a somewhat defective Figma.

The left eye is slight lower than the right.
Her left arm is actually another right arm. The Figma joint is then exposed awkwardly.

Otacute didn't let this go unanswered, though. They responded by giving me a replacement Figma Hayate free of charge - with an extra surprise.

It's already almost a month since Otacute's promise to sent me a free Signum but she'd yet arrive... 0_0 Perhaps I should contact them about it...
Was it through Fedex/EMS or SAL? It might be held at your local customs office. D:
