New girl arrived (DD Airy/Aerie) ^_^
For some time I was waiting for Aerie (somehow I prefer this spelling more than Airy).
Well, at first I only wanted to buy a DD body... but then i saw pictures from Dolpa,
then I thought that Neris is pretty and Aerie not that much, then I saw some owner photos of Aerie and turned almost 180 degrees.
And arranged her a trip overseas to my home.
In meantime her cat-like smile grew on me. And her overall cuteness.
You know the story, it happens a lot ;)
Not a fullset because of the great black hole in my bank account...
But I don't like her default outfit too much so it's not a problem.
So a few days ago Mr Postman called, that he has a package for me. Big and from Japan. And with custom fees to pay ._.
I went to Post Office, paid the ransom (only 25$, yay!) and received the box from the nice office girl.
She even asked me, why I bought a doll from such a faraway country?
Well, it's simple, no one in the neighborhood makes similar ones.
So here is the big box labeled "Used doll & parts"
Inside the big box was a smaller one, and through the window we could see our Aerie (or Airy).

Undine was very interested:
- Is this my new sister?
- Yes, she just arrived.
- Hey, are You okay in there?
- Well, yes, but please get me out of this box...
- Here You are...

Undine watched new girl with curiosity
- Maria ???
- Ummm... No, she's... She's distant relative... I don't have a name yet... ^^"
- Ah. My name's Undine, nice to meet You.
- Nice to meet You, too...
- We have to dress You up.
- Take this dress. It's mine, but will look good on You. We are similar in size, we can share clothes.

I have to say, that I changed my opinion of her after seeing her photos on different DD blogs.
But probably Your photos of Airy tipped the scale and after that I just knew, that she belongs to the prettiest DD ever. Thanks again ^_^

I'd say, the target are people with a sense of aesthetic and beauty. And a "thing" for anime/manga ^_~

I "re-named" my girl Aerie as well, since I don't like to really re-name the anime character dolls too much, but I wasn't fond of "Airy" LOL (What brand is the pretty white dress that your Aerie is wearing?)

The dress is handmade. Seamstress from polish bjd forum made it for Undine some time ago.

I also changed my opinion after seeing Aerie on here (: I didnt like her that much at first but after seeing mostly AREAL's pictures I fell in love with her ^^ What make is Undine?? :D
I said some weeks ago, that Aerie - at first under-appreciated - may be a very popular DD after a while.
Because in different eyes and wigs she's much prettier than in default look (and on Volks' photos XD)
And Undine is Ariadoll Narvy ONS.
