My lovely musume-Servant did a figure review of her own, under my watchful blessing... ^_^
Every words from henceforth are hers and her words alone, unaltered by any kind, certainly not by me... ^o^ Enjoy her shenanigan! XD
KON~nichiwassu~! Tama-chan here, your hostess for today~! XDc
Tama-chan has settled into Goshujin-sama’s den comfortably for quite some time now, noticing various figure collections and many more unopened danbooru-tachi within the messy environment Goshujin-sama resides in… ^^;

Achem! So in Goshujin-sama’s stead Tama-chan gonna unbox one of them newcomers and introduce her to you all, ne?
Anyways, this is pretty much Tama-chan’s first ever figure review so please excuse Tama-chan if Tama-chan makes any mistakes along the way, ne? ^~^
Yoroshiku onegai tashimasu wa~!

Alrite, who shall Tama-chan review today…?

Getto da ze~!
Let’s go with this one~! ^_^

So here’s a view of the packaging design of the not-so-recently released Figma Suenaga Mirai…
Before Tama-chan proceed to the introduction, let’s have a first look at the history of Mirai-chan…

For your information, Suenaga Mirai is not your average anime/manga chara but a site mascot belongs to Danny Choo’s Culture:Japan. She first appeared in the year 2007 during the then still extensively buroggu-ing Dancing Trooper-kun. She soon enjoyed rising popularity and has since appears in various forms of media including cameo on anime series and her own merchandises…
Figma version of Mirai-chan was originally intended to be an April Fools’ Day joke but somehow seen herself actually being realised, much to the delight of fans of Mirai-chan around the world… ^_^
For more info on this cutesy orange sailor uniformed ojou-chan, please visit Danny’s Mascot page… :P

Anyways, let’s unload Mirai-chan from her plastic prison~ :3c

Behold the lovely Figma Suenage Mirai~ ^~^

She looks absolutely gorgeous in her orange sailor uniform, albeit a little too skinny to Tama-chan’s taste… ^^;

See that gaping hole on her back, just below her orange sailor scarf? This is where you’ll put the peg on the included Figma Stand for display purposes, since she’s gonna have a tough time standing with her own skinny legs and tiny feet without aid… ^^;

Just like her Figma peers before and after her, Mirai-chan is blessed with standard articulations around her neck, shoulders, arms, hands, waist, hips, knees and feet…
Some of these articulation points are quite limited in their range of movement due to the design of this chara, such as her neck (Long hair obstructs movements), shoulders and hips in particular…

Uguu~! For some reason Mirai-chan’s waist joint is quite loose causing dismemberment of her torso whenever Tama-chan’s trying to pose her below her hips… D:
From what Tama-chan heard, many owners of Mirai-chan faces the same problem as well, including the Dancing Trooper himself! ^^;

Mirai-chan’s twin braids on her front hair piece is made from soft PVC material, allowing her to pose her head more easily since the braids won’t be on the way, most of the time of course…
However…

Slight adjustments caused her front hair piece along with her exchangeable face piece to pop off!!!! ^^;;;;;
More loose parts!! >~<

Moving on, Mirai-chan’s overall sculpt is superbly done, thanks to the awesomeness that is GSC/Max Factory … ^_~
Details are done to the finest, including her juicy shiro pantsu… XDc

While not immediately visible to your eyes, the whiteness of her shiropan had already attracted the paint transfer problem from her orange skirt… >,<
Her thighs are pretty much exposed to such risks too, as with all Figma coming out lately…
Older Figma like Sygnum of Nanoha Series have never such a problem, as pointed out by Goshujin-sama…

Mirai-chan’s shiropan is removable of course, but is pale in comparison to the cast-off ability of the magnificent Revoltech’s Queen’s Blade series, like this rori Alice here… XDc

All action figures come with extras, Mirai-chan is no exception… However, her accessories seems few when compared to her many Figma peers…
Mirai-chan comes with only an extra exchangeable face piece featuring her signature crying/weeping expression…

Mirai-chan also comes with only a quad of extra hands: A couple of fists, a handkerchief’d hand and a hand holding a digital camera…
Standard Figma usually comes with at least four pairs of hands and maybe a couple more extras, thus making Mirai-chan seem kinda inferior… ^^;

Unique to Figma Mirai-chan is a BJD doll in scale to her size (A reference to Danny Choo’s obsession with Dollfie Dreams…) and a notebook/laptop… ^_^
The hinge on the laptop feels a bit loose tho… ^^;

And of course the Figma Stand itself, which is a staple in all Figma packages…
Mirai’s stand does come with an extension peg to allow it to fit onto Mirai’s back without the obstruction of her long hair…
And the review almost comes to and end… Before we go Tama-chan presents you an omake:

D-D-D-Dolphins! XDc Culture:Japan regulars should get the references used in this 4koma… :Dc

Here’s some behind-the-scene shots of the 4koma in the making, taken by Tama-chan’s beloved Goshujin-sama… XDc

Nyaahaha an amateur at work here! XDc

Overall, Tama-chan givin’ this newcomer a 6 over 9 foxy tails… ^_~

Hope Tama-chan’s review helps in deciding your acquisition of this Figma… ^_^

Love the tale <3
