YzGuy's collection Sept 2009

Posted by YzGuy9394 [www]

I've started collecting some time in 2006 when I bought Hellsing's Victoria. Don't know what happened, but now I've got a lot of stuff.

Anyone have any ideas/experience shipping entire collections to a different country (from US to Europe)? I've got boxes for 80% of them so I think I have to carry the rest with me on the plane.

Anyone shipped gundams before?

Update: I guess I don't have to ship the entire collection when I'm not sure if I'll stay there forever.

IF I have to pick 5 of them that will go with me, which ones should I pick?

I would leave that awesome collection at home unless you stay in EU for life.

are you going to study/work in the EU? assembled gundam is tricky, but if you kept the boxes they will make great containers - wrap lots of tissue or a towel around them, put them in their original box, rinse and repeat and put them in larger cardboardbox to ship them over.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to work there for at least one year but don't know if I'll be there for a very long time. I bet I'll order a lot of stuff during that one year so I guess I wouldn't feel lonely if I let my parents watch over my collection.

Well, a lot of different figures you already have, and that's a good thing you know.

I also like your shelves. I'd like to have at least one for my figure collection but I've been unable to find a place where to get one.

You have great figures that I cannot chose one of them you should take, maybe Alter's Signum, maybe your Shining Tears ladies, maybe the shuraki's... I can decide^^.

    Greetings and good luck.
