King of Fighters Movie
Hey all. I found this on YouTube. King of Fighters being made into movie with MaggieQ in it too. Americans taking Japanese game and making it into a movie. They fail so badddd. They failed with Dragonball and Dead or Alive. This will be epic fail on another level. Watch this commentary and tell me what you think.
While hearing closely at the commentary it seems to me ultra fail already and its not even out yet. They get transported to another world and have to fight to become King of Fighters. Sounds so cheesy its like Mortal Kombat and Tekken in one which makes King of Fighters.lol. Mortal Kombat was set in another world and Maggie Q says "Its like fight club in a way". Nothing beats fight club. I don't think this will ever be like fight club
I dont want to sound racist but they are using an american to try to emulate a japanese person. Also Bernice Liu is a Hong Kong actress from TVB. Did not know she was in it. Wow. But it will still be ultimate fail.

Looks "fail" alright.
Reminds me of Db evolution and Onechanbara the movie.
OMG!! What is happening to this industry? Fail after fail and they don't learn.
Might be one of those fail movie such as Dragon Ball, Street Fighter: Chun Li or Initial D they made. I don't even like the guy they pick to act as Terry Bogard...Such a cheap film for a great Game...But they do have Maggie Q...ha!
Maybe Maggie Q should have reconsidered her choice to be in a fail show.
If they used a different title for this movie, I would think it'll be interesting.
How is it Mai without her fans!?
No offense but i'm seeing a hidden and disturbing trait in certain Americans. And they tend to follow the same pattern;
1. Has difficulty trying to solve their own issues.
2. Sees foreign sources as a lucrative option.
3. Invades the said sources.
4. Tries to come up with a "original" idea ( and subsequently ruining it, them, whatever ).
5. Blames Critics for not being understanding.
6. Rinse and repeat.

I'm kinda looking forward to Tekken though. They got a hot guy for Hwoarang and a hot guy for... the other lead.... Jin!! Jin Kazama! I'm sure it'll be utter trash like all the game-movie translations....
Ok...seriously they should be in the guiness book of fail records....
for the movie makers, pls, if you guys have any respect for the game, quit the idea of violating them through making movies outta them....

Ray Park is in it! he's awesome! sadly wish i could say the same about the movie.
this could be the greatest thing ever or the worst thing ever.
I predict this movie is going straight to DVD.
by the way, this mai does not have big bouncy breasts.
I think they should just adapt the story, not really make a KOF movie, that will be much better.

not to mention kyo does not use a sword whatsoever. Just Kusanagi being a name of a sword is not an excuse for him to hurl a flaming sword like some angel
Not evening putting Maggie Q in this movie is going to make me watch it.
I'm a KOF fan, played all the game....but this movie sure gonna make me disappointed, just by looking at the video already i know its a failure....I'll bet every character in the movie origin gonna be different....Terry Bogard a CIA agent?
Kyo, Iori....and Mai? What kind of combination is that? Oh, please....Mai isn't Mai without her signature clothes, even cosplayers do it better.

movie is going to be all about Mai's eyes always zoomed in and no matter what is going on the background~
