Deleted an image (1 of 1 images in the post) in a post no problem.

Seems like when you add description text to the first picture you post text disappears.

This is a test.

    looks like that worked. well, reproduced the bug rather. so yes, the description text for the top pic in a post eats the post text, at least in firefox 3.0.11. hmm probably not just firefox? i don't see the post body text in the page source either.

    side note, the h3 tag on the bottom pic in a post will cause the text to go behind the comment button

      It does say at the top of the UI when you upload, "NOTE: This description will be used only for a summary and will not appear on the post page if the first image attached to this post has a description".

          ah yes, i didn't expect to need two user names and went with two different ones without thinking of the ramifications ^^;

          How would you like the descriptions etc to behave?

          hmmm well for me the confusing thing was just that entering a description for the first pic would cause the deletion of the post description. i would vote for either the post text that you enter automatically becoming the first picture's description or that it be a separate entity that isn't killed off when entering descriptions.

          hmmm noticing post text going to the bottom now... obviously just my opinion, but for what it's worth, i think i prefer the post text in the vicinity of the first pic posted. after all, the initial post only allows one image (for now? or did i miss a button?) so when writing, I assumed the text should be most relevant to that image. having that text either before or immediately after the top pic also allows the user to give an intro to the post without worrying about the user making it down to the bottom for an explanation.

          ...on the other hand at the very top, as it was originally probably takes away from the visual impact, especially if you're hit with a wall of text... but placing it below the first image puts you in that conflict of the text being the post body vs. description for the first image... ^^;;

          alrighty, well i gotta get to bed. strange how today i was getting tired putting together test documents at work and here i am helping debug a website for fun ^^; well, i guess that's the difference... figures are fun ^^ overall really liked what i've seen so far!

    There's a note on top of the desription box:
    "NOTE: This description will be used only for a summary and will not appear on the post page if the first image attached to this post has a description"

        +1 for the behavior. It's a bit confusing being used to having single image upload. Maybe it shouldn't be an either or, and just have both display... The entered description in the main post box should be the actual content and make the titles/descriptions captions or something. The title could even be the hover-over text of the image and description could be a smaller text caption for the picture.

        If the later were to be implemented, might need a character cap to keep things aesthetically manageable...
