My damaged Hatsune Miku Support Ver box

Posted by Jazz2

Yay! Just received my Miku Support ver. But The first note on the box gave me a bad chill. And behold. The box is badly damaged. But still, the figure looks intact.

I have emailed GoodSmile about this and also my local post office on this matter. Hopefully I can get some kind of explanation because I usually keep my nendoroid boxes~

Anybody have the same situation or been in this situation before?

The box is quite soft, and the bubble wrap is there. But these would not stop the box from being dented...

    Only Miku could take a beating like that and still smile. LOL. Hope they take care of this mess for you.

      EMS and SAL don't make a damn difference.

        For me it really makes a difference since it takes 1 month or more to arrive here in Brazil if it is sent by SAL. By EMS It would take only 2 weeks.
        And EMS at least I have guarantee that I can track where it is and it is not lost. =(

          I was referring to the way they are handled. Speed is really the only difference. And the postal office wouldn't give me my compensation, so EMS's insurance is useless to me. I don't mind waiting either, so I will never use EMS again.

            Good for you that in US there aren´t areas that packages get stolen... =w=;
            Here in Brazil some are there are a high rate of stolen packages.

    The horrors! Now I fear for the day I come to claim my package, and I'm still angry about GSC scamming us with bait and switch shipping. I want some of my 2000 Yen back! I paid for EMS, not Surface Parcel (literally by Ship, not SAL) shipping!

    I'm from Singapore too, just picked up mine today. Though i got a dent in my box too, but not quite as bad as your's. Wonder if its just the packages from Goodsmile's Hong Kong distribution center that has such a bad treatment or if its the same for around the world D= hope our money and good wishes will reach the victims of 3/11 despite disappointments from receiving our Support Mikus.

    Did you get a japanese miku postcard that came with this nendoroid? Just asking since no one ever mentions what else is behind the cardbox.
