Yes, you can go to Tenshi-no-Sato by JR Sanin Main Line.
Thats only 20 mins from Kyoto Station to Sagaarashiyama Station.
Entrance of Kyoto Tenryū-ji (天龍寺), but I don't have enough time to visit.

You will never see such beautiful place in big city. I will go there again when I go to Kyoto next time !!
