(ow man...Why are shoes so difficult to draw?)
(and I'm not sure about her hair too... the moviment doesn't look so natural..)

      I tried that with the non-optical eyes... it's no fun and all I did was going "ouch... that really hurt my nose". Just my luck that my nose hit the ribs and missed everything soft >_<
      
      I didn't actually realise where I had ended up until a moment and a lot of yelling later.

She doesn't look falling to me. It looks more like she is dashing towards me (which is also good) and she seemed a bit shy/blushing. I guess she is running towards somebody she really likes ^^;

I really like this drawing. Both sets of eyes, facial expression and hair are great. The body is good too (I like her body, LOL). I just noticed her arms though. They look a bit thin and the same goes for her neck. The neck is also quite long. I can't tell if it's on purpose though and unless you made great use of layers it could be tricky to fix at this stage (still not easy even with layers). This doesn't really hurt the overall great impression I get of this picture.
