Elisabeth and Clara Arrive! Part 2
Last time we saw Elisabeth and Clara, they were still trying to get inside the house. After another 10 minutes of questions and statements, Clara finally broke down and knocked on the door as loudly as she could.
So I went to see who was at the door....
C - "Thank you for letting us in! It's so hot out there!"
Were you out there awhile? I only just heard you knocking...
C - "That's another story for another time. I'm just glad we got in."
Well I'm happy you two got here ok. As you may already know, I'm Baldylox. But you can call me Billy or Papa, whichever you prefer.
C - "Ah! So you're the guy Mommy always tells us about. It's nice to meet you, I'm Clara."
C- "And I know you already know Elisabeth..... hey, Elisabeth...... say hello."
E - "Ahhh.....ummm...."
C - "Oh come on now. You were all sorts of excited to finally meet him and now you're going silent on me?"
E - "Ahh......h...hello.....It's n.... nice to meet..... you."
C - "Sheesh, that's it?"
E- "Ohhh.... Clara....I... I feel... dizzzzzyyyyyy....."
C - "Oh dear... again? Can we get her a spot to sit or lay down?"
Sure thing. Let's go see my girls in the kitchen, there's plenty of room there.
We head into the kitchen where all my girls are busy playing and having fun.
Rei is online, Yukino and Ryomou are playing with a new toy train ( it actually runs on the track! ) and Yoko is watching them.
Miyuki is reading the manga that Littlebearries Alna and Noumi sent to her... AGAIN. She's read it like 4 times already! And Mai is playing with Miyuki's hair and reading along.
Mamimi wanted Manami to wear a new wig that came with the Feena outfit so she could do her hair. Mamimi *loves* playing with her sisters hair.
Excuse me girls but we have visitors. Can you please make some room for them?
C - "Excuse us please but might we be able to let Elisabeth sit or lay down? She's having another dizzy spell."
E - "Oooooo......"
Mai - "Aww, the poor dear! Come over here and lay down."
Manami - "Hey! I've seen you before online. Aren't you Clara?"
C - "Yes I am. And you must be Manami. It's nice to meet you.
Rei - "Please do sit down, you must be tired from your trip."
Mai - "There now, is that better?"
Miyuki - "Are ya thirsty? Do ya want some green tea? It's nice and cold!"
Mamimi - "Oooo... her hair so soft!"
E - "I.... I think I'll be ok. I just got all dizzy again. It happens when I'm nervous."
Rei - "I hope your trip was good and that you had no complications."
C - "Thanks. It was pretty good altho Elisabeth *can* be a handful at times. She's a good girl tho. She's just super nervous about meeting Baldylox."
Yukino - "Aww, she's so pretty!"
Ryomou - "Those eyes are just gorgeous. I'll have to see them up close later...."
Alright girls, don't crowd Elisabeth too much, give her some space.
Miyuki - "We weren't crowding her!"
Mamimi - "We were just making sure she feels better, that's all."
Are you feeling ok now Elisabeth?
E - "Ahhh... y...yes?"
Are you sure? You look a little pale.
E - "Ahhh! I'm so sorry! I'm just so nervous being here with you! I never thought I'd be able to meet you and now that I'm here I can't even say hello to you!"
Now, now.... calm down Elisabeth. Give me your hand.
"O...okay...."
Look. You and Clara are now a part of my family. These are your new sisters. You are welcome here and we are all happy you and Clara could join us. Please don't be scared or nervous, we're all family now.
"Really?"
Yes, really. =3
R - "Ahh, so you are now a part of the family. I welcome you both. I am sure we shall get along well Clara."
C - "Thank you Rei. I'm pretty sure you and I will get along."
Yoko - "Yay! New sisters! And Elisabeth has red hair like me!"
Miyuki - "Awesome! Now we can have an even number for teams when we play Red Rover!"
Mai - "I'm not sure she'll want to play that game Miyuki..."
Mamimi - "Can I do your hair sometime Elisabeth?"
Yukino - "Hello! I'm Yukino! It's nice to meet you Clara!"
Ryomou - "Wow, her eyes are even prettier up close."
C - "Ahh... thank you both. It's nice to be here."
Ok, since we're all here, can I get a big family photo of everyone?
Alright, yall say cheese.
"CHEEEEESE!!!"

So there they are, my two new daughters!
I want to thank Salica for letting me adopt these two girls from her. It means a lot to me to be able to help her out and to have these wonderful girls as a part of my family.

I'm almost positive this is a LW wig. No clue what number or style tho as it was included with the Feena dress I got from Saberjess. It's not Manami's style tho so she went back to her default wig right after this shoot. =3

Aw, glad to see them welcomed so readily by the other girls! Heh, I wonder how Clara/Sango is going to react when she's first glomped by Manami. XD Also, just for the record, Clara/Sango and Rei are making me *really* want a DDS Akemi Homura to mess with Agatha. They're making me realize that a pragmatic, stoic badass could fluster her just as much as a super-perky imp. XD
I'd recommend each one, when you get a chance. That way Miz Agatha won't know which way to go!!

Haha! Actually, my dream plan *would* be to have pragmatic badass Akemi Homura, and then a perky, impish prankster version Hatsune Miku both. But even if I make that happen, I still would likely have the dilemna of which to do first. I keep catching myself looking at heads and wigs for both ideas. (Currently leaning towards DD Airy for Miku, and SQ Labs Hibiki for Homura, but we'll see if the releases of the future change things.) At any rate, the dilemmas, they never end!
Thanks! You know my girls... always willing to have more company come and stay! I fear that Sango wont enjoy being glomped at all. Methinks she's like Rei in that respect. But who knows? She's never been glomped to my knowledge so she may enjoy the attention. XD I'm glad you like my 02 head girls. I really love Rei and now that Sango is here, I like her a lot too. Same head, same angry look but so different.

Yeah, your girls are mostly social butterflies. :) I kind of suspect that Sango might think it's cute the first time, but will find later repetitions increasingly irritating. (Conversely, Agatha would probably be the opposite--first all, "How dare you interrupt me!" and then gradually warm up, and be, "Alright, I guess you are kind of cute. Now, since you're here, hold this wrench.")

Honestly, I'd probably follow Sango's pattern. Especially if during later glompings I was in the middle of something. Don't mess with me when I'm sculpting, drawing, or working in Maya! =P

Ha! Well, your enabling isn't going to be very effective until I graduate and get into the real world, I'm afraid. =P Even then, I'll probably have to enact the plan one girl at a time, so I'll still at some point have to choose who's coming home first. And that's going to be rough!

Heh, yeah; and then, if there were a deadline involved on the interrupted project, I might be pushed far enough to threaten drawing or photoshop based humiliation if the offending glomping behavior didn't desist. =P

Get the wigs and heads first. They're not that expensive, and you can do the face-ups during the time it takes to save for the bodies.. You can also snag clothes as you go along... ^_^
Economically that would make the most sense. . . But with my project habits, it's probably a recipe for disaster. ^^; I often find I have a limit on the number of parallel projects I can keep going simultaneously. If I take on too much in one go, I often end up not finishing any and abandon a large number indefinitely out of frustration and guilt. I definitely don't want that to happen to either one of these potential girls, so for time management reasons, it's got to be one at a time. Well, unless Volks makes an official DD of either one of them and I find the result up to snuff.
Though starting with a floating head when I do finally choose who's coming home first does sound like a good approach. That way I can make sure that I get at least some phases like the faceup, wig styling, and eyes finished rather than getting buried in a laundry list of costuming and prop subprojects. Similar to your suggestion, but one thing at a time! =P

Thank you! Rytomous wig is from Leeke World and I think the color is Baby Brown. It was a limited wig that I bought a few months ago, it had to be made special in that style. I'm not sure if they still have it availble, you'll have to check their website.

So Sango was originally Clara?
Yep. When she was up in Canada with her Mommy, she was called Clara. But that name just didn't work for me and so she was changed to Sango. I think that name suits her a lot more and I also love how it sounds. =3
