Updated: Black Rock Shooter Desktop Config

UPDATE: Added more details to what can be found on my desktop config since a good number were asking what the visual style was or what icons were used.
Changed my wallpaper and modded the font color on my Samurize desktop config to be visible on the white wallpaper. I'm liking this one and most likely will stick to it for a bit.
Didn't change anything to the Samurize config except font color.

Took some ideas from other Samurize configs and created this one myself.

The volumes have typical Windows nomenclature(C:,E:,F:,etc) and I see an icon for WMP, Messenger, uTottent & cmd.exe. So I'd guess it's Windows, what version I don't know.
