The Dalek is one of the first and oldest of Who-verse enemies. They say EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! a lot. And her plush friend represents the Fourth Doctor, one of best known variations of the chara, played fantastically by Tom Baker in the 70s ^___^ Hows that for Who crash course =P
Sorry, I don't have a Netflix account nor do I have time for one. I still have 20 or so anime series that I have yet to watch on DVD! XD
Thanks for the crash course tho. The Dalek robot seems pretty cool looking. I've seen those at conventions from time to time and had no clue what they were from.

nope, I bought him at a convention. I forget the dealer's name, but they've made ALL the Doctors (One and Two were even knitted gray-scale)
I believe they travel around EastCoast anime cons and they do make anime characters too. So you might see them at your next con
