I have been trying to come by a neko mimi parka for a while now. 1) I finally bought one. 2) Illya seems to go through my mail for me.

As for letting them run the asylum, I've found it's easiest to let them run the parts that I'm not so concerned with while having strict rules around the rest. That way they can vent all their wild and crazy impulses without disturbing me. ^^
