Wow, they sure went far for this con! I hope they enjoyed it ad much as I did! ^^
Haha, yeah it's pretty crazy. My roommate and I drove down, and one of my other friends flew in from the east coast actually. And yeah, I think they enjoyed it for the most part; my roommate really liked the Flow concert.
Oh, you also went? Wow, that's pretty awesome; I don't think I've ever gone that far for a con. Did you go for anything in particular? Was it to see FLOW?
Fanime was our get-together for us online friends to meet each other for the first time. Besides my roommate, everyone else I know through the anime blog that we run together. So that was the main reason for going, but FLOW, cosplay, dealer's room, etc. were also big draws.
Oh, that's awesome! Always fun to meet online friends irl. Hope you checked out the swap meet; that was the main draw for me (as well as finally catching my friend Maridah in cosplay, lol).
Reading Gantz right now. I appreciate Linda Le's Gantz cosplay now.
I agree, it's quite impressive! Gantz'd be higher on the watchlist but I understand it's quite gruesome. ^^;
