I just want to share the work in progress for the armor making for the Dollfie Dream project that I've been working on since December 2010. =O

By the way, this is not done by me.
A very good friend of mine, are the one behind all of these. =D

He's a mechanical engineering student and a very talented. I'm very looking forward for the results my self. =D

      That prototype above are made using paper.
      Then after the blue print is perfect, then we will try to rebuild according to the blue print using thin aluminium sheets.

    what is this... thin aluminium sheets? i like to know where to get it on hobby size
    preferably easy to utilize/used as material

      The material used in the picture above is paper.
      This is just prototype, after the prototype is done and assured that all measurement is right, then we will try to re-build it using a thin aluminium sheet.
      This aluminium sheet you can easily find at grocery store or supply store for bakery.

    So this is what you've been hiding from me? XD Very cool stuff! It looks good so far. And when I read that you're planning to use actual metal for the final product, I was impressed. That's a great idea and I hope everything works out for you!
