Taiga in Chinese garden ^^

Ironically the jacket she's wearing stained her neck a bit I forgot to get her take it off when we got home ^^; -- a spot of black on the print was touching her neck :P first thing which came to mind was... hickie ^^; LOL Applied pimple cream and waiting for it to lighten ^^;
All my girls are my favourites (dollfie and non dollfie) but currently most are somewhat packed away, Taiga has clothes which fits her still unpacked and is relatively light so I take her out a lot more ^^;

It's nice that Vancouver's still sunny, but it's still cold though.
ideally should be wearing something more chinese perhaps lol! ^^; but I guess it blends well with the greenery ^^ and I would say it's blowing warm and cold ^^;;;;

Couldn't you just sew like a white cloth in the collar to prevent staining or something? (I don't claim to know anything since I don't have a daughter myself... so high maintenance! xD)
will probably do something like that when I have a chance ^^ but yes the vinyl tend to stain with certain colours -- black/red/dark blue or denim seems to be the main evil doers =_=
nope not ready that's why she not wearing one lol have to also cough up time for the pattern/test sewing =_=;;;

Thank you! :) It's good to find out what stains too I guess so I won't use the fabric without lining or not use at all ^^;
Lining is the best choice probably.. but I wonder how quick did it stain.. just in the course of a day? or could prewashing the fabric first help.
Prewashing doesn't always help unfortunately -- been there done that ^^; I had a horrible experience with a dress with red print, when I washed it the red bleed into the white lace even o_o; I think it took a few days to stain, I had her wear the jacket for a few days since sunday (forgot to take it off ^^;) Lining can be a lot of work, and add bulk to doll clothing XD but I guess sometimes it's neccessary. And also gotta remember not to have doll's hand/arm touch the dark surface (soo much to worry about o_o)
Ahhh.. was over the course of a few days.. Yeah, Lining does add bulk, which is problematic.
Hopefully the stain will come out okay
