You know, i couldn't tell you one way or another. I was lost at the "PhP2,200.00" for dead master till i did the conversion and found out it's like 50 bucks. lol
PhP is Philippine Peso so they're probably based in the Philippines. It's probably best to ask a member from the Philippines if such a store exist there or if they've ordered. I'll tell you something though, getting something shipped from the Philippines takes long and will probably be expensive =/
It's is based here in the Philippines, with that in mind, I'm thinking the shop is likely geared for local transactions.. Although you could try contacting the site/shop owner ^^
non authentic items have a note on the description I think this only applies on their multiply site, majority of their items are authentic
