Summer 08 list where can I find it?

So I'm looking for the Summer 08 anime list. I've looked around and can't seem to find it does anyone know where I can find it?

Also while I'm at it here are 2 more qustions. How do i upload youtube vids and can we still upload NicoNico vids if soo how.
